Jon grew up in Billings, MT, graduated from Montana State University, and spent a good portion of his career in the finance world. He built a strong reputation in banking and financial leadership, guiding teams, advising clients, and helping steward large portfolios with integrity and wisdom. In 2007 Jon joined the team at Journey Church as their Executive Pastor and then helped with the process of planting Revival Church. Jon has been married to Michele for 40 plus years. Now recently retired, he is usually surrounded by water, chasing after trout with a fly rod and enjoying the slower rhythms of Montana life.

Michele was raised in Montana, and has spent decades investing in people through both marketplace leadership and faithful service in the local church. Her background in ministry, creative design, and organizational leadership has shaped her into a steady, trusted voice in every environment she serves. For more than 40 years she has partnered in life and ministry with her husband Jon. Michele is known for her warmth, wisdom, and deep love for Jesus, and when she’s not serving others you’ll find her enjoying time with family, hosting friends, or savoring Montana’s quiet beauty.

Mark has spent his life building strong relationships and communities. A gifted leader with a deep love for people, Mark has served faithfully in both business and ministry, bringing stability, insight, and a heart for leadership. His steady presence and practical wisdom have shaped teams, strengthened families, and helped cultivate a culture of honor and unity. He has been married to his wife, Anita, for more than 40 years, and together they have poured their lives into building the Kingdom. When not investing in people, you’ll find Mark outdoors—hunting, fishing, and enjoying the Montana landscape he loves.

Daniel was raised in Montana and carries a steady, servant-hearted leadership shaped by years of faithfulness in both business and the local church. An alumni of Berklee College of Music, Daniel is a gifted singer-songwriter whose creativity flows from a deep love for Jesus and a desire to encourage others. Known for his integrity and wisdom, he has invested his life in helping people grow, teams thrive, and the Kingdom advance. He brings both spiritual depth and creative excellence to every team he serves. He and his wife, Myra, have been married for over a decade and have three amazing children.

Sara was raised in Grapevine, Texas and carries a radiant, steady passion that marks everything she touches. A gifted leader with a deep love for Jesus, she walks in a strong prophetic grace—hearing the heart of God with clarity and speaking life, direction, and courage into others. Sara also carries an unmistakable apostolic mantle, helping build healthy environments, establish culture, and pioneer new ground with faith and boldness. Sara has been married to Alex for over 5 years, and together they are raising their two children, Ember and Ayden, while giving their lives to build Revival Church.
